Channels
The same Clone across conversations and devices. External communication is product direction, not a verified integration.
Clone is in development. Nothing customer-facing is generally available yet.
Intended channels
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice notes and calls, Slack and document mentions are part of the intended experience. A desired channel is not a verified provider integration, and these channels are not generally available.
The proposed behavior routes messages to the same Clone, associates the sender with the right person and company, preserves the external conversation and responds through the appropriate channel.
Delivery and context
Providers may deliver an inbound event more than once. The proposed channel design must handle duplicate deliveries without duplicating work or outbound messages.
One Clone identity does not mean copying every private app conversation into every group or channel. Shared context, results and approvals must respect the participants and permissions of the destination. How much context follows a person between channels remains an open product question.
