Wallet & cards

The product direction is a company-provided wallet with one or more cards and spending limits. Users should be able to configure payment approvals within company policy. This is not an available payment service.

Spending limits must be enforced outside the agent. Instructions to stay within budget are not a substitute for card controls or authorization checks.

When approval is required, the intended notification gives enough transaction detail to approve or decline, including merchant, amount, currency and recurring status. Approval must bind the exact action; a changed transaction needs reevaluation.
